Rooms, accent walls, touch-ups. I prep surfaces properly — spackle, sand, tape — before any paint goes on.

Sticking, squeaking, not latching, won't close flush. Every door problem has a fix. I re-hang, plane, or adjust as needed.

Cabinet & Shelf Install

Floating shelves, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities. Properly anchored into studs — not just drywall anchors.

Baseboard & Trim

Install, repair, caulk, and paint. Crown molding, door casings, window trim. Miter cuts done right.

Caulking & Grout

Tub surrounds, tile backsplash, window trim, wherever it's cracked, missing, or stained. Makes a big visual difference.

TV Mounting

I find studs, mount the bracket, hang the TV, and hide the cables in the wall or in a cord cover. Price includes everything.

Ceiling Fan Install

Swapping an existing light fixture for a fan, or fan-for-fan replacement. Must have an existing ceiling box rated for fan weight.

IKEA, Wayfair, West Elm, Amazon — any flat-pack. I bring my own tools. Faster and cleaner than you might expect.

Deck Repair & Staining

Board replacement, sanding, Cabot stain application. I assess structural condition first — if posts or beams are failing, you need a contractor.

Post replacement, board repair, gate adjustment and alignment. I use pressure-treated lumber and proper post depth.

Pressure Washing

Driveway, deck, siding, patio, walkways. Big visual upgrade for most homes. I rinse away from windows.

Gutter Cleaning

Clean gutters, flush with water, check downspout flow. I note any sags or damaged sections. Includes roof edge inspection.

Doors and windows. You'll notice the difference on your next heating bill. I use quality foam and door sweeps.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Lint buildup is a real fire hazard. I clean the full duct run and verify airflow at the exterior vent. One of those jobs you shouldn't skip.

Grab Bar Installation

ADA-compliant anchoring into studs or blocking. I will not use toggle bolts for grab bars — people fall and pull them out. Done right or not at all.

Custom wood or aluminum ramps for entry doors. ADA slope ratio. Call for a quote — every situation is different.

I'm a skilled handyman, not a licensed GC. Being upfront about my limits is part of why people trust me.
